Pick-up and drop will be arranged in a semi-sleeper A/C bus (no door-to-door service).
Guests must report to the scheduled boarding point on time.
Seats are reserved by Masika stays ; however, allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Couples may be requested to adjust seats together if needed (except for private/group bookings).
Note: The last row in some buses may not have reclining seats.
Smoking, alcohol, and food consumption are strictly prohibited inside the bus.
Delays may occur due to weekend traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen scenarios—neither masika stays or MCK Travels will be responsible for such delays.
On arrival, you’ll have an exclusive private A/C cab for sightseeing as per the fixed itinerary.
Cab service timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (unless otherwise specified).
Night driving is not encouraged for safety reasons (except pick-up/drop transfers).
The cab cannot be used for personal or additional travel beyond the itinerary.
Driver contact details will be shared in advance, though operational changes may occur last minute.
Hill driving follows strict speed and safety regulations—journey times may vary.
Music inside the cab will be kept at low volume, or muted in forest/wildlife areas.
Seating capacity is fixed; no extra passengers are permitted.
At some sightseeing spots, vehicles may not reach the entrance—short walks may be required due to parking or traffic limits.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed during travel (both bus & cab).
Please avoid eating inside the cab to maintain hygiene.
Carry standard-size luggage only; excess or oversized bags may not be accommodated.
Seat disputes with other passengers or coordinators will not be entertained.
For group bookings, seats are allocated together without adjustment requests.
Travel delays may arise due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or vehicle issues—please cooperate with the team.
In case of cab/bus breakdown, an alternative will be arranged at the earliest.
The itinerary or routing may be adjusted in case of local restrictions or safety concerns.

The person making the booking must share trip details with all fellow travelers.
Some properties may charge extra for campfire, music, or special events. Guests can pay these charges directly at the property/office.
Resorts with swimming pools follow fixed pool timings. Guests must strictly follow the property rules.
Accommodation is arranged on a multiple-sharing basis, with separate arrangements for male and female guests.
Trekking spots like Chembra Peak, Brahmagiri, Kurumbalakotta, Aranamala, etc. follow government rules. Masika Stays is not responsible for denied entries due to ticket limits, permissions, or restrictions.
A basic fitness level is required for all treks and nature-based activities.
Always follow the instructions of the trip leader/guide and adhere to stay/camp regulations.
Adventure activities (jeep safaris, boating, ziplining, etc.) are conducted by third-party providers. Masika Stays will assist with bookings but holds no liability for service delivery or safety.
Meals provided are basic, Kerala-style, hygienic, and local. Extras not included in the package are self-sponsored.
Dinner is included only in specific packages. For other categories, guests can explore restaurants, online delivery, or in-resort catering.
